Right to free termination

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract without needing to provide any reason, within 14 days counting from:

• The day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods; or

• The day on which a third party indicated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of free termination, the customer must communicate their decision through an unequivocal statement sent to:

The consumer must return the goods within a maximum period of 14 days after communicating the termination.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.

The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.

After receipt and verification of the condition of the returned product, a refund of the amount paid by the customer will be made within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
